Ways to reach us

  • Email: hello@acinstallationdallas.com. This is the only channel. There is no phone number, and we do not publish an office address, because we have none to offer.
  • Corrections: name the page, the figure or rule, and the source you rely on.
  • Privacy requests: see the privacy policy, then email us to see, correct or delete what we hold. We aim to answer within 30 days.
  • A request you sent: email from the address you used on the form so we can find it.

What to include in your email

  • For a correction: the page URL, the exact figure or sentence, what you believe is right, and a link to the source, ideally an official one such as TDLR or your city's building department.
  • For a privacy or deletion request: the name, email and ZIP you entered, and roughly when you sent it. Do not send passwords or payment details; we never need them.
  • For a problem with a contractor we introduced: the contractor's name, the date, and what happened.

What happens after you request quotes

The quote form on this page sends your request from your browser to FormSubmit, an email form service, which delivers it to our inbox. No partner contractor is signed yet. If none covers your ZIP, we email you to say so instead of passing your request on. If the form cannot send, it shows an email link with your details filled in so nothing is lost. The how it works page covers each step.

What we cannot help with

We are not a contractor, so we cannot diagnose a system, quote a price, schedule a visit or answer for work a contractor did. For a job already done, contact the contractor first. If the problem is licensing, permits or workmanship, you can file a complaint with TDLR, and you can check any license yourself with the license check guide. To judge a quote before signing, see how to compare AC installation quotes.

Questions

Can I call acinstallationdallas.com?

No. There is no phone number yet. Email is the only contact channel, and we do not publish an office address because there is none.

How do I report a wrong price or rule?

Email the page, the figure or rule, and the source you rely on. Corrections are made on the page and noted in the editorial policy.

How do I stop a contractor contacting me?

Email us with the name and email you used on the form. We delete the request and, if it was passed on, ask the contractor to stop.

Free quote request

Get a quote to check against these numbers

  1. Tell us about the job. Service, ZIP, property and timing. The form says right away if your ZIP is outside the area.
  2. We check the license first. Requests go only to contractors whose TDLR air conditioning license we have matched on the state register. None is signed yet: if no checked contractor covers your ZIP, we email you and say so.
  3. Compare what comes back. Line the written quotes up in the quote-comparison tool.

No cost and no obligation. We are a publisher, not a contractor. Partner contractors will pay us for introductions; none is signed yet. How that works.

Request AC installation quotes

Free and no obligation. We pass a request on only to a contractor whose TDLR license we have checked and who covers your ZIP.

Enter a Dallas–Fort Worth ZIP (750–753, 760–762). Outside that, we do not have a partner yet.
